1. It is understood that reproductions of these photographs and proofs may be used by the photographer for advertising, display or any other purpose.
2. Although all care will be taken with the CD's and photographs taken, photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver photographs for any reason to return of all deposits made, or a redo of the session, and equal compensation of portraits ordered.
3. The balance of the session payment is due the day of session.
4. Portrait order balances are due at the time of the order.
